Shipping policy

Crafty Couple Creations LLC, ships all orders out via USPS. Once your tracking number has been sent via email and the package has arrived at USPS please allow 24-48 hours for usps to update the tracking information. Shipping labels are automatically generated with the address that YOU input when checking out. If you feel like you may have entered an incorrect or incomplete address please let us know as soon as possible. If your order is returned to us you will be responsible for any cost associated with reshippment.

Crafty Couple Creations LLC, Will NOT be responsible for lost or damaged packages. You would then need to contact your local USPS location to file a claim for the package.
