   - Due to the personalized nature of our custom items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an error has been made by Crafty Couple Creations LLC.

2. **Inspection Upon Arrival**:

   - Upon receiving your custom item, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damages or issues, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

3. **Reporting Damages/Issues**:

   - To report a damage or issue, please email us at craftycouple216@yahoo.com. with the following information:

     - Your order number

     - A description of the issue

     - Photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item

4. **Resolution Options**:

   - After we receive your report, we will review the information and respond within 3 business days. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

     - A refund if the item cannot be replaced
